Associates service customers & staff at retail stores, shoperiks.com and shredshop.com, staff via chat, email, phone at our new Brain Trust Headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Support includes but is not exclusive to:Retail Sales Web Sales Group SalesRetail Customer SupportWeb Customer SupportRetail Staff SupportDemo Center SupportWill Call SupportData and Order EntryAgents are expected to be a driving sales and knowledge force in every area of our business while consistently curating and fostering experiences that not only meet but normally exceed expectations of both customers and, our staff.Position RequirementsExperienceRetail bicycle, ski, snowboard sales and service or, highly related experience.Proven SkillsTop notch closing ability Exceptional product knowledgeExceptional customer service skillHigh-level, attention to detailSelf-motivated to continually seek out new, relevant knowledge and skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong typing, spelling and grammarStrong organizational and multitasking skills. Strong data entry skills.
