Job Summary
We are seeking a RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee the nursing operations on weekends. As a weekend supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention, while also managing the daily activities of our nursing staff. You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations, and provide guidance and support to our nursing staff as needed.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends
Ensure that patient care needs are met and exceeded
Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality metrics
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Requirements
Current RN license and certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening in accordance with state regulations. https://info.flclearinghouse.com
