Job Summary:

Are you already caring for a friend or family member with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, or getting to medical appointments? You may qualify to get paid for the care you already provide through the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) with the support of Stand Out Home Care. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers who are already providing care to a loved one. In this part-time and full-time role, you will receive flexible hours that fit your schedule, no prior caregiving experience required, and all the support you need to navigate the ALTCS application process.

Requirements:

• Currently provide care for a friend or family member

• The person you care for must be enrolled in or eligible to apply for ALTCS

• Both caregiver and care recipient must live in Arizona

• Caregiver must be 18 years or older

• Pass a background check and complete onboarding paperwork

• Complete DSW (Direct Support Worker) training (we will guide you through this)

• Valid ID and proof of residence may be required
