Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Board Certified Behavioral analyst BCBA (Clinic-Based) to join our team of dedicated professionals in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Lead BCBA, you will play a key role in overseeing the development and implementation of ABA programs for our clients, providing guidance and support to our BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of ABA programs for clients in a clinic-based setting
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to BCBAs and RBTs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ABA therapy sessions
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment outcomes
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA
Demonstrate a commitment to customer service, ensuring excellent communication with clients, families, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
