Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Board Certified Behavioral analyst BCBA (Clinic-Based) to join our team of dedicated professionals in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Lead BCBA, you will play a key role in overseeing the development and implementation of ABA programs for our clients, providing guidance and support to our BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of ABA programs for clients in a clinic-based setting

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to BCBAs and RBTs

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ABA therapy sessions

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
