Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursing staff and daily operations during weekend shifts.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Support, mentor, and guide the nursing team to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Monitor compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
