Hourly Caregiver

Home Care Professional

Hourly Rate: Non-CNA $18/hr, CNA $20/hr

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Professional to join our team in Anchorage, Girdwood, Mat-Su, Palmer, Wasilla, North Pole, Fairbanks, the entire Kenai Peninsula and all surrounding areas. TLC Care Services offers non-medical services in the home, ABA Services, and mobile spa services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare and wellness topics
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical records

Things We Look For:

• A degree in a healthcare field (e.g. nursing, medicine, etc.)
• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for providing exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Current TB test
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Vehicle Insurance
• Must live in Anchorage, Girdwood, Mat-Su, Palmer, Wasilla, North Pole, Fairbanks, the entire Kenai Peninsula and all surrounding areas
