Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and organized living space
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
Qualifications:
- Caring and empathetic nature
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings
- Driver's license and car insurance REQUIRED.
