RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles
• Follow factory-recommended procedures and safety guidelines
• Accurately document work performed on repair orders
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Participate in ongoing Ford training and certification

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ford Certification preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience & certification
• Flat Rate $30-$55 per hour depending on experience and certifications
