Core responsibilities

• Install diverse signage types, such as banners, channel letters, and vehicle wraps.
• Read and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to achieve exact specifications.
• Use ladders, lifts, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and interface with clients to confirm project details.
• Handle routine maintenance and repairs on existing signs.
• Meet safety regulations and adhere to company quality standards at all times.
• Maintain an orderly work environment and track materials and supply inventory.

What sets you up for success

• High school diploma or equivalent; extra technical training in signage is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in sign installation or a comparable trade.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; comfortable with hand and power tools.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including some weekends.
