What you'll accomplish

• Preventive Maintenance Mastery: Build, time, and track PM activities so equipment gets serviced before issues arise.
• Work Order Control: Generate, assign, and manage work orders with clear scope, materials, and timing.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Align maintenance schedules with production and operations to reduce interruptions.
• MRO Inventory Control: Manage spare parts and supplies, organize storage, and sustain healthy stock levels.
• Critical Spares Protection: Identify must-have parts and maintain minimum quantities.
• Receiving & Issuing: Receive, organize, and issue components efficiently to support active jobs.
• Vendor Interface: Obtain quotes and place orders for replacement parts with approved suppliers.
• Counts & Audits: Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to reconcile variances.
• Data Integrity: Keep inventory and maintenance records current within the CMMS or inventory system.

• Duration: 3–6+ months with potential extension
• Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour on W-2
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
