About This Role

North Alabama Cabinets is looking for a dependable team member who wants a stable career, consistent hours, and the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of custom cabinet making starting in sanding. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the chance to grow your skills in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Sand and prepare cabinet parts for finishing
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with shop projects as needed
• Learn additional cabinet shop skills through cross-training

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Cabinet shop or woodworking experience is a plus, but not required
