Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and milestones.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance educational experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with infants through play and interaction.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in early childhood education.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Background check clearance and references.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
