In this role, you will:Provide exceptional Windows-based level 1-2 software, hardware, and network supportFormat PCs and Laptops for lifecycle useRestructure systems and user data migrationConfigure older systems for training / decommissionAdminister and control printing volume and fleet of PRESS / MFPS, order supplies and handle service callsProvide support on all warehouse equipment and processes, including: label printers, scanners and UPS / FedEx terminal computersPhysical setup of computer system for users and office workstationsDocument user requests and solutions in helpdesk softwareOne-on-one end-user training, as neededAssist the Information Services manager with special projects, as assignedAdditional related duties, as assignedWhat You'll BringWe are looking for a customer-focused individual with the ability to clearly communicate technical solutions in user friendly, professional manner.
