Eastlight Dental
Lilburn, GA, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description

About the Role

We are a busy, patient-focused healthcare practice looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized receptionist to be the first voice our patients hear. We need someone who isn't afraid to answer the phone, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience with every single interaction.

If you have a natural gift for conversation, an ear for what people need, and the professionalism to match, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally: you are the first impression of our practice
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments with precision and care
  • Handle high call volumes while maintaining a calm, friendly, and helpful demeanor
  • Collect and verify patient information accurately
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless scheduling and patient flow
  • Respond to voicemails, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Proactively follow up with patients to reduce no-shows and keep the schedule full
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming front-desk environment

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional phone communication skills — clear, warm, and professional every time
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, call centers, or a similar client-facing role
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail: accuracy matters here
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help people
  • Reliability and punctuality: our patients count on us, and we count on you
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with scheduling software is a plus
  • Healthcare or medical office experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person
  • Minimum requirement: ability to convert at least 5 incoming calls into scheduled patient appointments per day
