Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage social services programs to meet the unique needs of our residents, including counseling, case management, and support services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address social and emotional issues affecting residents
• Coordinate with community resources to provide comprehensive support services to our residents
• Recruit, train, and supervise social services staff to ensure excellent care and services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of social services provided to residents
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in social services
• Develop and manage department budget and resources to achieve social services goals and objectives
