RN Supervisor

Milford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for an evening supervisory position in Pennsylvania.

The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and oversight during the evening shifts, ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care while supporting and guiding the nursing team. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during evening shifts.

• Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality resident care.

• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.

• Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and care plans are completed accurately.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Promote compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable Pennsylvania regulations.

• Assist with staff coordination and address clinical concerns as they arise.

• Serve as a strong clinical resource and leader for the nursing team.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

• Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team.
