Outreach Coordinator

Epic Minds Therapy is expanding into Alaska and is looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Outreach Coordinator.

This position will focus on helping Epic Minds Therapy build strong relationships throughout the Alaska community and increase awareness of our ABA services for children and families.

The Outreach Coordinator will work to develop relationships with families, pediatricians, healthcare providers, schools, therapists, community organizations, and other professionals who may refer children for Applied Behavior Analysis services.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting outreach to potential referral sources and community partners

Building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare and community providers

Following up with referral sources and prospective families

Providing general information about Epic Minds Therapy and our ABA services

Identifying opportunities to connect families with appropriate ABA services

Helping establish and grow Epic Minds Therapy's presence throughout Alaska

Participating in community outreach, networking, and local events when appropriate

Communicating regularly with the Epic Minds Therapy team regarding outreach activities and potential referrals

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate is personable, professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with families and professionals. Experience in ABA, healthcare, education, behavioral health, community outreach, sales, marketing, or referral coordination is preferred but not required.
