About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative lesson plans that align with New York State early learning standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children's social and emotional growth.
• Conduct regular assessments to track and support each child's development.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to enhance children's learning experiences.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Engage children in hands-on activities and play-based learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Support the overall mission of Kids Club Child Care Center in providing high-quality early childhood education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• New York State certification in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2).
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to professional growth.
