Outside Sales Representative – Restoration and Carpet Cleaning Industry .
The franchise territory is 35 miles surrounding the Davenport, FL area.
Apply ONLY If You Have Reasonable Experience in the Following:
· Proven outside sales experience in home services, restoration, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning or a related industry.
· Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
· Familiarity with insurance adjusters and the claims process is a plus.
· Pitching hotels and other commercial properties for our services.
· Proficiency in CRM software (we use Workiz), and Microsoft Office.
· Valid driver’s license with a *clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities.
· Work in the office generating customers via calls and research then follow-up in person
· Achieve $50K in sales within the first 90 days.
· Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
· Close sales and negotiate contracts.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
