Regional Driving With a Consistent Weekly Schedule
LEM Trucking is hiring CDL A truck drivers in the Baltimore, Maryland area for a regional dry van position offering dependable freight and regular weekend home time. This opportunity provides a steady five day work schedule for drivers who prefer regional routes while still earning competitive weekly pay.
The freight network covers established lanes throughout the Northeast with occasional runs into the Midwest. Drivers may operate from Maine south toward the Atlanta area and west through Illinois and Indiana. Running within this established territory provides route familiarity while maintaining the freight volume needed to keep trucks moving throughout the week.
Most drivers stay out approximately five days at a time and return home each weekend for a full 48 hour reset.
Freight and Daily Operations
All freight is dry van and 100 percent no touch. Approximately 50 percent of loads are drop and hook, while the remaining freight consists of live load or unload appointments. Drivers are not responsible for physically handling the freight.
Dispatch works to coordinate loads and reduce unnecessary gaps between assignments. The combination of regional coverage and established customer freight helps provide a more consistent operating schedule from week to week.
Weekly Pay and Additional Compensation
Drivers average between $1,400 and $1,500 per week depending on mileage, experience, and applicable additional pay. Earnings are deposited weekly through direct deposit.
Position details include:
$1,400 to $1,500 average weekly earnings
Home every weekend for a full 48 hour reset
