Renewal Memory Partners is seeking compassionate and dependable Care Partners to provide in-home support for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease in the Chicago area.

• Flexible scheduling: Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours, including weekdays and weekends.

• Location preference: Candidates should live on Chicago’s North Side or in the north/northwest suburbs.

• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Specialized experience: Dementia and Alzheimer’s care experience is preferred.
