Meat Wrapper

Responsibilities:

• Processes and packages meat portion control cuts.
• Operates meat tenderizer and vacuum packager.
• Prepares, weighs, packages, and boxes meat products.
• Responsible for meat storage and cleaning and sanitizing meat room.
• Other duties and assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must successfully pass apprentice/training program.
