Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 104-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, has an exciting nursing leadership opportunity for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and ensure the highest standards of resident care.
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily nursing operations, clinical care, staffing, and scheduling.
Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing team.
Ensure compliance with CMS, Virginia Department of Health, OSHA, HIPAA, and long-term care regulations.
Oversee care plans, quality improvement, infection prevention, and survey readiness.
Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Address clinical concerns, incidents, staffing needs, and performance issues.

Partner with the Administrator and Medical Director on nursing goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
Active Virginia RN license required.
Previous RN supervisory/leadership experience required.
7+ years of nursing administration/supervision preferred.
5+ years of long-term care, geriatric, or rehabilitative nursing preferred.
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $140,000–$150,000 annually
