Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality care standards
Lead, train, and supervise nursing staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
Requirements:
Active RN license (New York State or eligible)
BSN required; MSN preferred
5+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility required
Strong communication and leadership skills
