What You’ll Be Doing

As our Venue Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of events and daily operations at the museum. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional communication with clients.
• Booking events via phone, email, and online using event software.
• Coordinating with maintenance to ensure flawless event setups, including layouts and logistics.
• Providing backup support at the front desk, including cashier duties, answering phones, and welcoming museum visitors.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Leveraging your marketing and social media expertise to promote events and the museum.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Familiarity with event software and social media marketing is a plus.
