Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Looking for a hands-on position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule? Join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk and play an important role in keeping warehouse operations and customer deliveries running smoothly!
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming freight and materials
- Stock products and maintain accurate inventory
- Prepare and quality-check orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Deliver materials to customer worksites and collect required signatures
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and overhead cranes
- Complete basic computer, inventory, and shipping documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Perform basic truck maintenance and keep delivery vehicles clean
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid, current driver’s license
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-minded team player
- Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to obtain an Alabama State Port Authority ID and TWIC
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. and handle physical warehouse duties
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
