Summary Description: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading Tennyson Electric's financial operations and strategy, ensuring the Company's financial strength, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO provides financial oversight, business insight, and strategic guidance while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
  • Construction, electrical contracting, or project-based industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting, WIP reporting, and job cost management.
  • Experience managing banking, bonding, insurance, and external audit relationships.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business partnership skills.
