Responsibilities
Oversee the final stages of the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales floor to financing.
Analyze customer financial situations to offer appropriate financing options and protective products.
Maintain accurate and compliant paperwork for all vehicle transactions, ensuring every detail meets state and federal requirements.
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with various banking and lending institutions to provide diverse loan options.
Train and mentor sales staff on the benefits of our F&I products to enhance the customer's overall ownership experience.
Focus on creating an transparent, educational, and pressure-free environment for every guest who walks through our doors.
Requirements
Minimum of three years of experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong understanding of finance and insurance laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Exceptional ability to build rapport and explain complex financial concepts clearly.
Proficiency in DealerTrack or similar automotive financing software.
Certification from an industry-recognized F&I training program is highly regarded.
