Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Reynoldsburg. This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and wants to build a meaningful career while learning to lead a high-volume restaurant business.
As a Restaurant Director, you will lead from the floor and develop a strong understanding of both Front of House and Back of House operations. You will work alongside an experienced Owner/Operator and established leadership team while learning how to drive operational excellence, develop people, improve systems, and produce measurable results.
This is an opportunity for a leader who wants more than simply managing a shift. As you master the operation, you will be challenged to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen systems, and make an increasingly significant impact on the business.
Your Impact
- Lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring Chick-fil-A standards for operational excellence, hospitality, food safety, and quality
- Coach, develop, encourage, and hold team members and leaders accountable to high standards
- Develop proficiency across both Front of House and Back of House operations
- Help provide strong leadership coverage across high-volume dayparts
- Identify opportunities to improve operational systems, efficiency, productivity, and restaurant results
- Implement and improve processes that make the restaurant more effective while creating a better experience for team members and guests
- Use restaurant results and operational metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Communicate clearly and consistently while building strong relationships throughout the team
- Collaborate with other Directors and senior leaders through regular leadership meetings, development conversations, and shared restaurant goals
- Create an environment where people feel valued while continually challenging the team to raise the bar

- Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
- Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred, not required
