Job Description

Clinical Integration Specialist (CIS)

Location: Remote | Travel: 50–65%

Abour our client

Our client is a privately held, venture-backed orthodontic technology company headquartered in North Texas. Founded in 2019, our client delivers a complete digital orthodontic solution designed to help orthodontists treat patients with fewer visits, greater efficiency, and improved accuracy and outcomes.

The Opportunity

  • The Clinical Integration Specialist (CIS) is our client's clinical field operator and the execution engine behind practice adoption.
  • This is not an advisory role. You will own the successful integration of clinical protocols within assigned orthodontic practices—from go-live through sustained adoption.
  • You’ll train teams chairside, build clinical confidence, remove barriers, track performance, and ensure practices achieve measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver hands-on, chairside training the client's indirect bonding protocols.
  • Coach clinical teams in real time on technique, sequencing, and patient management.
  • Teach the why behind the protocols, not just the steps.
  • Assess and certify staff against defined competency standards.
  • Own each practice’s integration plan, milestones, and adoption timeline.
  • Identify and resolve clinical, operational, and behavioral barriers to adoption.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex clinical or protocol challenges.
  • Partner with Regional Account Executives on account strategy and field execution.
  • Build trusted relationships with orthodontists, office managers, and clinical teams.
  • Use adoption and performance data to prioritize support and retraining.
  • Bring field insights back to improve training, protocols, and practice success.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in a clinical, field-consulting, training, or practice-facing healthcare role.
  • Proven ownership of outcomes and ability to drive measurable performance improvement.
  • Strong understanding of orthodontic workflows; chairside/assisting experience preferred.
  • Experience leading or training clinical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sustained behavior change.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Data literacy and the ability to turn metrics into action.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with indirect bonding, instructional design, or CRM/adoption platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50–65% across an assigned territory.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll know you’re succeeding when practices are:

Integrated. Proficient. Confident. Consistent. Growing.

If you thrive in a hands-on clinical environment, love developing people, and are motivated by turning new technology into real-world practice results, we’d love to meet you.
