Location: Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – Taylorsville, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Evening Shift | Every Other Weekend Required

Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Full-Time Evening Receptionist to join our team.

As one of the first points of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, our Receptionist plays an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment while providing administrative support to the facility.

This is a full-time evening position with every-other-weekend availability required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Manage visitor sign-in and screening procedures

• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area

• Perform filing, copying, and other clerical duties as needed

• Assist residents and families with general questions

• Communicate effectively with nursing, administrative, and other facility departments

• Provide professional and dependable front desk coverage during evening hours

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• Dependable and able to work evenings and every other weekend

• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus
