Custodian / Facility Janitor

As our Facility Janitor, you will work as part of a team to clean and provide general maintenance for 3 locations (Jim Browne Chevrolet GMC, Jim Browne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Dade City, Jim Browne Collision Center), providing an essential function for the Jim Browne Team and our customers.

All locations are located on Hwy 301/Gall Blvd.

Company car will be provided for transportation between facilities.

Responsibilities

- Rotate through the 3 locations on a daily basis and assist in handling the various needs of each location as outlined by the Manager on location.

- Maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the buildings

- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the surrounding areas (lots, service drive, area around the shops)

- Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary

**This position requires the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time, some physical labor, work in and out of the elements, driving between locations. A company vehicle is provided.

$15-17/hour
