Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is required or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
