What You’ll Do

As a Bartender/Server at SIP N SPICES BAR & GRILL, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving a variety of beverages with precision and flair. - Taking orders and delivering food and drinks in a timely manner. - Providing friendly and attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar and dining areas. - Handling cash and card transactions accurately.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent service. Here’s what we’re looking for: - Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a bartender and/or server. - Skills: Strong communication and multitasking abilities. - Personality: A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on teamwork. - Availability: Flexibility to work part-time or full-time as needed.

Compensation

• Pay ranges from $5-$10/hour, based on experience.
• Tips: Cash tips are yours to take home every night, and card tips will be included in your paycheck every two weeks.
