National Shrine of Our Lady of the SnowsLocation: Belleville, IL Status: Part-time – 20 to 24 hours a week, with additional hours around ChristmasPosition SummaryThe National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows is seeking a Part-time Banquet Server to support Retreat Dining Services. This role is responsible for ensuring retreatants have a positive and welcoming dining experience. Duties include preparing the dining room, ensuring food is ready on schedule and maintained at proper temperatures, assembling meal components, and providing attentive guest service throughout mealtimes. The Banquet Server monitors guest satisfaction, responds promptly to requests, and resets and cleans tables efficiently.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in full‑service banquet operations preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.Ability to stand and move throughout front and back of house for the duration of the shift
