Insurance Sales Representative - Training Provided

We’re a local office based in Hendricks, Minnesota, building a team of driven, people-focused individuals who want to grow, earn, and actually get better at what they do. This is an in office position in Hendricks.

Whether you’re licensed or brand new to insurance, we’ll give you the training, structure, and support to get started. From there, your results come down to your effort and consistency.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Prospect daily through calls, referrals, and follow-ups
• Educate clients on coverage options in a clear, simple way
• Quote and write policies across multiple lines
• Keep your pipeline organized and active
• Work toward clear performance goals

Requirements

• Comfortable with daily outbound calls
• Goal-oriented and competitive
• Organized and reliable

Preferred:

• Sales or customer-facing experience
