Flooring Installation Apprentice

Join a team of skilled professionals as a novice installer, learning the trade and collaborating with a Journeyman to install hard surface flooring, showers, and backsplashes. A willingness to learn and absorb new skills on the job is essential.

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus, but the ability to read a tape measure accurately is a fundamental requirement.

Capable of lifting 50 pounds to ensure efficient work processes.

Clean driving record

Valid Drivers license

Strong attendance is a non-negotiable expectation

Must be responsible and reliable

Able to work full days

Prior experience in floor installation is considered an asset, although not a necessity.
