What You'll Do
- Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support children's language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Maintain classroom organization and licensing compliance
- Collaborate with a brand-new leadership team as we grow together
- Preschool qualified under Maryland childcare regulations
- Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
