Job Summary:
Salary $87,000- $94,000 USD

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all nursing staff are adequately trained and supported to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of care and services for our residents.
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including mentoring and coaching to promote professional growth and development.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care and outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, resident assessments, and care plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, residents, and families.
