Responsibilities
Assess residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized therapeutic recreation programs
Lead engaging group and one-on-one activities
Adapt interventions based on residents' abilities and preferences
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Support meaningful engagement for residents living with dementia
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or Music Therapy
Certification preferred
Experience in dementia care and/or long-term care preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creative, energetic, and team-oriented
