Location: Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – Urbandale, IA
Shift: Part-Time / Full Time

Schedule:

  • AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Every Other Weekend

  • PM Shift: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM, Weekdays

Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing quality care with compassion and excellence. We’re seeking a reliable and caring Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working with others and making a difference in residents’ daily lives, we’d love to have you on our team.

Your Role:

As a Dietary Aide, you’ll help ensure residents enjoy nutritious meals in a clean, comfortable environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys food service and wants to bring warmth and care to each mealtime.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with meal preparation and portioning

  • Deliver and collect meal trays for residents

  • Maintain cleanliness in food service areas, including equipment, counters, and dishes

  • Support cooks and other team members as needed

  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • No experience required – we’ll provide full training

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
