Laundry Aide
Location: Myers, PA
We are seeking a Laundry Aide to join our skilled nursing facility in Myers, PA.
The Laundry Aide is responsible for laundering, organizing, and distributing facility and resident personal linens while helping maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
Shift: Part-Time Day Shift (16 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Follow established laundry procedures.
Place soiled facility and resident personal linens into washing machines.
Fold, hang, transport, and distribute resident personal laundry to resident rooms.
Hang clothing in closets and place clothing in drawers.
Sort, wash, dry, and organize linens and personal items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning materials.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
