RN Every Other Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities
- Coordinating the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up
- Ensure all resident assessment are completed in accordance to state and federal guidelines
- Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility.
- Supervise assigned nursing and CNA staff
RN Every Other Weekend Supervisor Supervisor Qualifications
- Long Term Care experience mandatory
- Experience in leading a team and producing results a must
