Stand Out Homecare, located in Phoenix AZ, is hiring dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or just starting your career in home care, we offer a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with medication reminders

• Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols

• Report any changes in client condition to supervisors or care coordinators

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)

• Ability to lift or assist clients as needed

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or hospice care
