This accelerated 6 to 8 month leadership program prepares future Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA) to lead skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

What You'll Learn

You'll train alongside experienced Nursing Home Administrators and executive leaders while gaining hands-on experience in:

Compensation & Career Path

During the Program

  • $70,000 annual salary

After Licensure

  • Typical starting salary of $100,000+, depending on location and facility
  • Performance-based profit sharing

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Leadership or management experience preferred

  • Ability to meet Wisconsin or Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator licensure requirements
  • Willingness to relocate within the state for final Administrator placement if needed
