A person who lives in Hamilton, NJ, (Mercer County) is looking for a Self-Directed Employee (SDE) to assist her with a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to: assistance with food shopping, getting to personal training and swimming classes, and support in their apartment.

The role of the SDE (Self-Directed Employee) will report to the individual, and the ideal candidate should be outgoing, encouraging, open-minded, creative, person-centered, and have reliable transportation.

Schedule of Services:

• Support Needed: Mondays and Thursdays
• Pay Rate: $20/hour

Qualifications:

• Open-minded and come with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• Must be willing to accept people for who they are and not as a label.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. A college degree or in college is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be willing to pass a background check.
• Must be willing to pass a drug screening.
• Is authorized to legally work in the United States.
