Salary: Starting at $80,000 + Uncapped Bonus Opportunities

Dependable Health Services of Tucson is seeking an experienced and motivated Hospice Account Executive to grow our community presence and strengthen relationships with referral partners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans to increase hospice referrals

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources

  • Represent Dependable Hospice at community events, meetings, and professional functions

  • Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and patient eligibility

  • Track outreach activity, analyze market trends, and report performance metrics to leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in hospice sales/marketing exp

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (experience may substitute)

  • Familiarity with the Tucson healthcare market

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
