Located in the heart of Greenville, Village Green Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a leading skilled nursing facility that provides compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We are dedicated to fostering an environment of healing, respect, and dignity for each individual.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team and support the daily care and comfort of our residents.
Position Overview:
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. Working closely with nursing staff, you’ll play an essential role in supporting residents’ overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility by helping residents walk, transfer, or use mobility aids
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration
Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
Adhere to all infection control and safety procedures
Respect residents’ rights, privacy, and individual care preferences
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in long-term care or personal care is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
Reliable, with good time management and attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
