Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct patient education and training sessions to promote independence and self-care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and supportive environment
Requirements
Current LPN/RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
Minimum 0 years of experience as a nurse (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong leadership and delegation skills, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
