Flexible Full-Time & Part-Time Schedules
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Promote a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
